Personal data administrator
The administrator of personal data is the Association of Engineers and Technicians of Communication of the Republic of Poland, National Board, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Czackiego 3/5, 00-043 Warsaw, e-mail: zarzad@sitkrp.org.pl (hereinafter: “Administrator”).
Purposes and legal basis for data processing
Personal data provided in the registration form is processed for the following purposes:
- registration and participation in the conference – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (necessary for the performance of a contract),
- issuing invoices, settlements, and fulfilling tax obligations – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation),
- issuing invoices, settlements, and fulfilling tax obligations – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation),
- sending information about the activities of SITK RP, including future events – only with separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Data recipients
Personal data may be transferred:
- entities providing IT and hosting services to the Administrator,
- companies providing accounting and settlement services,
- conference partners, if you consent to the transfer of data in this regard.
Data retention period
- The data of conference participants will be stored for the period necessary to carry out the event and financial settlements (in accordance with tax law – up to 5 years).
- Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until consent is withdrawn
Rights of data subjects
Every person whose data is processed has the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- correction of data,
- deletion of data (in cases provided for by law),
- processing restrictions,
